Returns

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return items purchased on the Toominutes website.

 

Items purchased online cannot be returned or exchanged in physical or third-party stores.

 

Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and with all original labels intact. If returned items do not meet these conditions, we will not be able to issue a refund.

 

We do not offer free returns. You may choose the shipping carrier you prefer to send the items back. If you are returning an order from outside the EU, please make sure to complete the customs declaration correctly. Any customs clearance fees required to receive the return will not be covered by us. If a return cannot be cleared by customs, it will be sent back to the sender.

 

Once your return has been delivered back to us, it will be processed within 21 business days. You will then receive a confirmation email, and the refund will be issued within 1–3 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

 

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please place a new order and return the unwanted item separately.

 

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
